eg civic w/ gsr swap fuel problems

i yanked my 2001 gsr out of my teg and put it into my eg civic to do a swap for the teg. everything went into the civic from the teg minus engine harness. since the motor is obd2b i bought a conversion harness for the car obd1-obd2b. but now the fuel injectors arent working. any suggestions?
