Default electrical problem

So I put a new radio in my 93 civic ex and I couldn't get it to work. I finally found out the 12v+ wire(the blue/white wire) that goes to the new head unit is dead. I hooked the power wire from the harness to the ignition 12v+(the red/yellow wire) so it will work when the car is on but it will reset every time I turn the car off. My car clock also resets everytime now too and is really dim now along with having the radio problem. Now I checked the fuse to the radio and its good and I guess there has to be a break in the wire some where. Could there maybe a break in the wire where my car clock is and that would also cause my radio to reset every time?

If it were a blown fuse they would not turn on at all. However there may be a backup fuse in thebox under the hood. Make sure you connected the switched power lead(red) to the ignition and the constant power (yellow)to the battery. Reason its resettng is because there is no constant power to the unit to save the settings. When you switch the ignition off you are cutting all power to the unit.

The power to maintain memory for both the radio and clock is provided by the White/Blue (WHT/BLU) wire that you mention is dead. The power for the WHT/BLU wire is controlled by fuse #32 in the under-hood fuse/relay box (see picture). I suspect that this fuse is blown and that replacement with a good fuse will restore radio and clock memory.

The other pictures may also be helpful.
