01 civic dx automatic trans.

cigarette lighter will not work
slow setting of windshield wiper will not work
parking brake light is permanently on
dome light does not come on when doors open but does when manually turned on

checked fuses, all good

any suggestions?

 

1. Check fuse 18 under the dash again, as well as for a broken wire or disconnected connector behind the socket.

2. Wiper switch or motor.

3. Check whether the brake fluid is low. Also possible problem with the Multiplex Control Unit.

4. Possible problem with the Multiplex Control Unit, door switches, or dome light switch.
