Default 95 Civic ABS?

One of my cv boots is torn and my rack and pinion needs to be replaced. I was ordering the parts and was asked if the car has ABS brakes. (brother in law gave me a shipping list) How do I know if it does or not?
I'm sure I didn't supply enough info, tell me what you need to know and I'll find out.

Sorry!
(dosen't know much about cars)

Look for an ABS light on the gauge assembly and for an ABS control unit connected with brake lines to the master cylinder.
