Default engine build need help!!

I have a 1990 civic 1.5L that i noticed is leaking oil upon further inspection

i noticed that the oil is coming from the engine mount bracket bolt hole beside the upper timing belt cover

i removed the bolt and mount to find a small crack on the bolt hole

i took some pics you can kind of see the crack on the second pic at the bottom of the bolt hole also you can see the amount of oil all around that hole and it appears to be the high point.

also I found oil in my spark plug wells and on the treads of the plug but not on the tip of the plug. any ideas?/

oiil in the spark plug tubes means you have badd spark plug tube seals, pull the valve cover off and flip it over you will see the seals.

as for the oil leak on the block i say to degrease the motor and spray it clean then drive it to see where the oil is coming from. since your motor is pretty sirty and is hard to see in the pics.
