Default Engine will crank but wont run (electrical)

OK, I have a B18 swap in my car (bought it this way) and had a fuse blow for my headlights over the weekend. It took me a while to figure out it was the fuse, so I was looking at wiring connections trying to trace it down. After replacing the fuse I went to go drive it today and it will crank and start, but wont run unless I move the throttle to keep it running. It ran fine with the fuse blown before, so I assume these are two totally separate issues. My assumption is while I was searching for the light issue I must of knocked a wire lose or something. Can you give me some things to look at? I can hear the fuel pump turn on when I key the car on. Keep in mind this was an engine swap, so the wiring is a mess and I was fooling with wires around the engine controller. Thanks for you help.

If you can keep it running at approximately normal idle speed by pressing lightly on the gas, check the idle air control valve or its wiring.

OK I looking in to the IAC Valve and found there should be a yellow/blk and blue/blk wire. I saw you could check the yellow/blk wire with a ground to see if it has 12v when the car is on, which mine does. But, I couldn't find any where that would tell me how to check the blue/blk wire. I thought maybe if I plugged the connector in while the ignition was on I would hear the switch activate, but either that didn't work or it didn't switch.
