Default Foaming Power Steering Fluid
Honda has an Accord Service Bulletin 07-086 saying replace the intake "O" ring on the power steering pump to eliminate reservoir foaming. Not knowing which hose was the intake, I replaced goth "O" rings and solve my problem.
