Default Front End Noise

I have a 2004 Civic EX Coupe that has a noise coming from front end at low speeds. I have checked the CV joints. I checked the brake calipers. You can only hear the sound at low speed while gradually picking up speed or a clunking like sound when slowing down. I also checked the ball joints along with upper and lower control arms. I checked out the motor mounts and did not find any worn or broken parts. Both CV shafts are new. Checked shocks and they were tight.
