Default Front suspension torques?

For the front suspension the factory service manual says, "The vehicle should be on the ground betore any bolts or nuts connected to rubber mounts or bushings are tightened."

I removed and reinstalled the circled bolts or nuts. Do any of these need to be tightened to the stated torque with the vehicle on the ground? If so, that could be a problem because when the vehicle is on the ground I can't get to those fasteners. Would I need to take the car to a pro garage with the right hoist?

For clarity, the 5 bolts (and 1 nut) I removed were the ones holding the lower arm. I also removed the castle nuts from the upper and lower ball joints of the knuckle.

you can use a jack to raise the control arm but be very careful if your under the car.
