fuel filter location on a 00 DX `

Default fuel filter location on a 00 DX `

I think thats what it is, its the old ladys car and she says its running ruff and I have the new filter for it but I cant see where it goes. A spot to start looking would help I looked by the gas tank and under the hood but I didnt see it.

yepper...should be right on top on the fire wall closer to the passenger side...

its a small black canister right next to the battery, mounted on the firewall.

Thanks I was looking for it with a flashlight at 10pm last night. Sweet info ty again.
