starter motor civic 84

Im in the process of changing my starter motor but Iâ€™m having troubles shifting the top bolt. I cant see how the bolt is held into place as the manifold is obstructing my view. Does the top â€˜mounting boltâ€™ screw directly into block or is it held in with a nut??
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME????
