rear disc conversion

Default rear disc conversion

im lookin into a rear disc conversion and have found some stuff on ebay with control arms, calipers, and discs. what else will be needed to complete the job or will that be it?besides makin sure not to get a abs equipped setup?

proportioning valve from a rear disk vehicle, as well as the ebrak cable and brake hoses.
