Fuel Pressure 32 PSI??

Default Fuel Pressure 32 PSI??

I tested the fuel pressure on my 97 civic ex by removing the bolt on top of the filter and attaching a test kit. Reading was 32 PSI. Is this normal??

The answer depends on whether the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator was connected or disconnected when you made the measurement:
