Retrieve the Check Engine Light (CEL) code because it will likely be informative. You can do this yourself or, alternatively, take the car to AutoZone where they will use a scan tool to retrieve the code free of charge. If you would like additional feedback, post the retrieved code in a new thread.

Alright, so I am guessing the car is fine now, I drove it for a while today with no problems, thanks for the help guys!
