ok when i'm going through the gears like 1st shift at 6k 2nd shift at 6k and then just shift to 3rd or when ever i go into the high rpms it makes a wierd smell and it doesn't smell like its burning oil or anything and the clutch is getting really bad it slips every once in a while, and it doesn't catch till its almost all the way out

 

kentucky fried transmission gears or burnt-toast clutch.

getest thou to your nearest garage mechanic. and oh yes, it's going to be expensive...

 

replace your clutch, thats whatcha smell.

yep, now ya know what a slipping clutch smells like! lol
on your car, you can loosen up the clutch cable and it might be ok for quite a while!
in most cars as the clutch wears down, the fingers in the pressure plate push more against the throw out bearing, and take out all of the free play, and eventually does the same thing as if you were riding with your foot partially pressing the clutch pedal while your driving down the road. it just depends on how bad your clutch was hurt from all of the slipping, but most of the time you can adj the clutch cable and you'll be ok. dont be afraid to loosen the heck out of it!!! get it down to where the car starts to move with the pedal just a lil way up off of the floor!
