recomended fuel pressure
hi guys im new here and am wondering what the recomended fuel pressure for a 99 civic with a d16y8 would be
my mods are aem v2 intake
skunk2 pro series short runner intake manifold
skunk2 63mm throttlebody
aem high flow fuel rail
aem high flow fuel filter
walbro 255 lph fuel pump
aem adjustabel fuel pressure regulator
b and m fuel pressure guage
act stage 2 clutch and pressure plate
act street light flywheel
dc 4-2-1 header
obx-r high flow cat
tanabe super madalion exaust
aem tru power pulleys
denso iridium plugs
innovative 85a race mounts
drag dr13 wheels dunlpo sp-01 tires
tien basic coilovers
front and rear upper and lower tie bars
ac autotecnics short shifter
momo carbon fiber shot ****
ractive gualge overlays
redline tuning shift and ebrake boots
raptor perfomance shift light
being installed soon aem tru-time cam gear, timing belt, ingnition and cam
so based on these parts what is the best fuel pressure to run i am throwing codes for rich running conditons and throttle trim malfunction how can i cure these quicly and cheaply thaks in advance ill be looking forward to respnses

Factory pressure is normally 43.5. Most books I've read on tuning fuel curves suggest no higher than 65 and getting dyno'ed first for a more accurate idea of where the pressure needs to be.
fuel pressure right now is 35 idle and 40+ under throttle. also the skunk 2 tb is sticking shut at times you physically have to open it with your hand at the tb its wierd also what is stick timing supposed to be and how far to advance or retard to make power is neccesary when i install the cam gear this weekend
Oh man, I dont' know if you want to mess with your cam timing if you don't know what you are doing.
It seems to me that if you are throwing codes for rich and your throttle body is sticking shut that it would be obvious. No air + fuel = rich. Just a thought. Why is it sticking? Have you been playing with the idle or throttle cable tension?
ps- stock Honda injectors (240cc) incur optimum atomization at 55psi, but I doubt you could use 55psi unless you can adjust injector pulses.

the trottle body is sticking closed like the butterfly was cut a bit to large. it only does it if you snap of the throttle real fast and the throttle body slams shut. but at the same time i stillneed to play with the sensors on the tb as they were just changed fromt he oem one to the new one and never readjusted. is there anyone on here thats real knowledgable that lives in killeen or fort hood texas that wouldnt mind lending a hand. its actually my friends car and he is in iraq. he left me the car and started sending me parts because i am a pretty good mechaninc just dont know **** about tuning and tweaking hondas. and i want to get it sorted out so he can hit the track when he gets home in febuary. thanks agian guys
i dont feel the throttle body is bad. i played around today with it and if you put enough tension on the throttle calbe it doenst happen but at the same time the car idles extrmely high. there is somehting wrong in the tuning of the car timing, or one of the sensors something
