Default gauges dont light up

well i have a 99 civic si. last night when i went to drive home i turned my lights and the whole dash lights up except for the gauges. when i vacuumed the floor today i found a 7.5 fuse on the floor and i was thinking that that might be the reason but i dont have the fuse cover and there are a couple empty spaces so i dont know where it came from. any help would be appreciated!

nope no such luck. i called a couple honda dealers today and they all said it was either bulbs or the dimmer switch was broken. but i can still dim the cloch and other things. i have lights everywhere but the gauges.
