Gearbox issue...

Gearbox issue...
First post here...
After the engine runs for about 15-30 mins or by accelerating too much i lost my first 3 speeds, that means, when i try to shift the shift goes thru, but you can not feel the tipical "clack" of a shift... and the shifter gets really hard, i must do it with both hands.
When the engine is "cold" it works fine...
I got a 5speed manual transmission on my 93' EX coupe... and i just changed the engine/transmission oil (no help)...
Any ideas?
