getting a spark?

getting a spark?
ok so. i just got my head done and i put it all together again. its a b16a2. and it wont start my stepdad pulled out the plug in the first cylinder and we have no spark. what could the possible reasons for this be?

Did you reconnect the critical engine ground wires, such as the one on the thermostat housing?
Does the distributor get battery voltage with the key turned to ON(II)?
