Default not getting spark, fuses good

I was trying to locate a knock by pulling the spark plug wires while running. The d16z6 suddenly died. All the fuses check out good. Can someone please tell me what to look for? I need this thing running as soon as possible. I do have a volt meter but I don't know what to test.

Check for battery voltage on the two low voltage terminals of the coil with the key on. Check that the distributor shaft rotates when you crank the engine.

Passing those tests, crank engine and check for sparks direct from the coil output terminal. If you have strong sparks, the rotor or cap is bad. If you have very weak sparks, it is probably the coil. No sparks at all probably means the igniter module.

How do I get the rotor off? I removed the screw but it seems it's still stuck on.

The rotor does turn when I crank the engine.

Where is the igniter module?

Thank you very much for your help.
