Default Grinding noise from right front wheel

When I turn the wheel to the right while moving there is a nasty grinding noise coming from the front right wheel. What could it be? Any help would be greatly appreciated

why don't you pull the wheel off and chk to see if anything is out of place ..........that would be the easiest thing to do
