the thing that pisses me off is that bmw's nowcome with halo projector lights factory installed, and thats legit?
Yes

Thats how they came out with halos. My friend got pulled over for having blue halos, he got a ticket as well. Better to hook it up to a switch.

yea a switch ftw, i think having them on with your running lights is kind of dumb considering you can only see them really good at night (so thats just burning out the halos quicker). And if the DMV says you cant have them, ask why BMW's are allowed?

Did he get pulled over at night cause they were on, or just driving around during the day?

if you have any blue lights lit up while driving it can be called "impersonating a law enfrocement vehicle" adn you can get in trouble for that, but stopped (not on a street) they cant really do much about it.

Check it out my bro did a full retro kit on his headlights to have Nissan Maxima HID projectors and i forgot the bulbs he has but, hes been driving around for months and it hasnt been a problem just make sure you point them right. like my bro spent hours getting his cutoff line not to blind people. boy are his bi-xenon projecters badass... You should be fine with your halo no ones gonna say nothing if you can get away with making your headlights like 50 times as bright then making them look nicer aint gonna get nothing.

LOL, an incentive for me to get headlights that actually do their job! *BEEEEAM* I want to blind those SUV drivers that shine the high beams at me from behind as they pass...
