Default Hard Starting

Hey guys I am having so much trouble figuring this out. This has been going on for 2 months now and each time I have to hook a battery charger up because it takes so long for me to get my car to start and no the battery is fine. But anyway when I let my car sit for a long time like overnight and go to start it, it will turn over but will not start or sound like it is getting a spark to start so then I have to sit there and prime the fuel pump by turning the key to on and then back off several times and then it will catch a spark like its wanting to start but still will not and then once I do that a few more times it will start but I have to hold my foot on the pedal to get it to stay started for the first 30 seconds. The car starts shaking really bad from the engine having trouble staying started but once its started it runs fine. So today I went out and bought a brand new ignition coil because the other one was not in very good condition and that still did not solve it and I also had the ignition control module tested and it was fine also has new plugs and wires and cap/rotor. So what else could be causing this?

Any CELs? Obviously, sounds like a fuel issue. Either that or a main relay issue.
