Default harmonic balancer?

My engine seems to shake alot. I took it to a shop and had a diagnostic done. $111 later, they said it was either my cap&rotor or my harmonic balancer, or both. Real helpful I know. Now, I changed my cap and rotor and the engine still shakes. I also noticed I have a more than minor oil leak next on my timing belt cover. Does this sound like a balancer issue?

If it is, anyone know where i could find a balancer for a 99 civic, d16y8??

Any input would be awesome.

Default

Your engine does not have a harmonic balancer. The pulley on the front is just a solid piece of iron. Consider going to another shop. If it doesn't idle well, start by cleaning the IACV. If it doesn't run well either (misfiring, sputtering, etc. when you drive it), start with the general tune up of plugs, wires, cap and rotor.

Default did that

I have already changed the plugs, wires, cap and rotor, along with the fuel filter. I have also noticed that theres a lot of "wobble" in my crankshaft pulley at idle... Anyone know what that could be?
