i'm gonna go ahead and say no, i'm pretty sure a crx is DOHC and yours is SOHC not the best idea.

Wrong. I dont think they made a 1.5 DOHC. OP, the header should fit.

OP, your y7 motor has the cat converter embedded into the exhaust manifold. You remove it and replace it with a "performance" header, then your cat will be gone, triggering a CEL.

If you want to get this header, and stay legal, you must convert to the EX/SI style exhaust with the cat converter under the car. Check out the sticky in the exhaust section.

incorrect

It is the same flange at the head. What I am not sure of is the length of the part of the header that is underneath the engine.

Also, are you talking about an aftermarket header, or stock exhaust manifold?

ya its not a DOHC 1.5. Yes it is an aftermarket header. ya that was one of my concern was the length under the motor. mine dose have the stock header and stock pipe till it clears the engine then it gos to 2 1/4. so i think if i move the cat down it will take up that extra room
