Default Headlight replacement problem

Hi, I have a 2000 civic. I started to change headlights yesterday a came to a problem. I pulled wiring harness off and took round rubber gasket off, but then there seemed to be a set of springs or wires holding the bulb in place. I need some suggestions witrh dealing with them.
Thanks

The wire is what holds the bulb in, and is removable to replace the bulb. It clips into a little hook. Unclip it and then you can take the bulb out.

Registered just to say thanks. I've spent more than an hour online trying to find this one piece of information.
