i have a 1997 Civic.

Problem i have is that my passenger side headlight light does not go on. The bright beam does but the the low light beam doesnt.
I checked the fuses and the fuse was blown. I then replaced it but that did not fix the problem. I even replaced the bulb but still no joy.
What i find strange though is that sometimes the light does work and sometimes it doesnt,
and whenever i go to the Auto Elctrician (which was twice) then the damn thang decides to work.[:@]

What the blazers could be the problem???!!!??

 

Sounds like the grounding is messed up... you should tell him to run a thicker ground wire and rebolt it to one of the holes behind your headlights... usually grounding is what my problem used to be... until i got HIDs!! YEAH!
