can u put a d16 vtec head on a d15 block. it looks like it will.

 

yep. very common. but you'll need to swap the wiring harness and the ecu along with some other things.

What other things are they? You have the ECU, Wiring Harness and what else. How much of a HP gain are we looking at and I know how this stuff works, just interested in the HP gain and the other parts needed. (New to Honda)

the head is being ported.and i have all the wiring and ecu. the motor is being redone for max hp.

 

ecu, head, vtec wiring harness, distributor, new head gasket

i have all that and more this motor when done will give about250hp b/c of the reworked head and the pistons and crank. All from honda jap.i will also put a t3/t4 turbo on at a later time.
