Thumbs down Help me out with a friends Civic

Hello,
Sorry if this is the wrong section I just couldn't figure out which particular section I should put this in to get this problem fixed. Anyways, my friend has a 2008 Honda Civic (non-Sport) that has 69,000 miles on it. She called me today and told me that the car was has been vibrating for the past 5 months and to come look at it.

So....
I get over there and check out the car and I feel the vibration and I think it's a spark plug with a slight miss. Change the plugs and....no dice. So I move onto the motor mounts and the motor mounts all look in great shape. So I have her drive the car with me in it and the car vibrates when it starts, then when she accelerates it stops, but when she lets off the gas the car starts vibrating like crazy again. I am really at a loss on what to do here. The tranny was a little short on fluid and I think this could be a tranny issue, but it seems strange for a car with 69,000 miles on it.

Anyways ...again sorry for posting this in the wrong section; if any mod wants to move it I would appreciate it.

Thank you for your time.

If it makes a really tinny rattling noise when idling that is usually because one of the heat shields under the car is loose.

Disconnect the fuel injectors one at a time while idling to make sure that all 4 cylinders are working.

Yeah all 4 cylinders are working just fine and the noise is not coming from the engine. But it is coming from the drivers side.
