Check the cam timing.

It seems to take most people here about 3 pages of procrastination before they finally decide to take off 4 nuts and 2 bolts and do that simple, zero cost test.

i checked the timing by putting motor to TDC and then lining up mark on cam to where the head meets the block and seems ok. but i did change the fuel filter and got new plugs because of that broken one. the car sounded better then before but couldnt really tell because it had a bouncy idle. found out that one of of hoses has a rip in it.
