Help! Rusted License Plate Hole for Bolt in the Rear.

Default Help! Rusted License Plate Hole for Bolt in the Rear.
I've got a 94 civic dx coupe. Just got it recently, and when i tried to take out the bolt holding the license plate, one of bolt broke off (due to rust) and 1/2 of it is still in the hole.. What can i do to get that bolt out, or can i replace the whole "hole" which somewhat looks like a nut.. but i cant seem to take it out..

Any help would be appreciated..

drill through the rest of it.. that should get the other half out
