looks to me like 3wires.... power all the time, power with the ignition only.. and the ground wire....
is thier any inline fuses on those wires? if not i would wire in some...
then look at your fuse box.... thiers 3 open male spades that are empty... use a light tester and probe the empty prong... then plug the yellow wires into the one thats powered ALL THE TIME.... and the yellow wires into the slot that ONLY has power with the ignition ON only....
and the ground to anything metal... the fuse box mounting nut works well

if they are for the interior switch, than the wire is a power wire, one of the two would be to light up the little "fog light on" light and the other would be the signal supply wire to ingage the relay under the hood. The red connector should connect to the wire coming/going to the relay that has to pass thru the firewall and the black one is the ground for the "fog light on" light...... least that's what it looks like to me.
The only thing to do next is to use the appropreat plug for illumination/running lights above the fuse's in the fuse box,

you'll want socket D, it should have a spade plug sticking out and you just stick the female terminal you have onto it.....

i believe its yellow to socket E and red to socket D... if memory serves me correctly E is powered all the time and D is with the ignition key ON...
if its the wiring like i think it is.... those cheap ebay kits thiers also a relay on the wiring and that green plug plugs innto the fog light switch.
thats just why i love OEM
very simple conections and all plug and play the way it should be

Umm if it's like my kit, the red is the power wire going thru the firewall to the relay, otherwise it'd be a female spade connector....
Also D is illumination, note the comment in the bottom left corner.
I love my depo units (main reason is they're amber and oe never did amber) and I've not had an issue yet. The oe's are great too tho I've heard finding the oe wires inside the cabin/behind the fuse pannel is a nightmare....

o well maybe they switched from newer civic....
i always use a 12volt test light.... best to check the wires yourself.... and a test light is preaty cheap and very versital tool to have...
