Default Help! waters leaking in my car...

I bought a 1995 honda civic ex coupe, i noticed after it had been raining all night that a had a inch and a half puddle of water in my car on the passenger side. Heres the weird part, nothing except the floor was wet. not the door pannels or the moon roof, just the floor. The seats were not wet either but underneath was soaked. I checked to make sure all the weather strips and everything was sealed and functioning and it was. I ran a hose over my car and couldnt see it leaking anywhere. so its raining now and has been for about an hour,i covered my car earlier with plastic and i just checked on it and right behing the track the seat rides on, closest to the door is a wet spot. thats the only place. NOTHING else is wet at all. So now i know where its starting but no idea how its gettin there .The car is in excellent condition and I didnt see holes or anything benieth the car so i have no idea what to do. I need it fixed fast, its almost as if the car is sucking the water below it.ideas?

Have you been running your heater or defroster/defogger at all? Maybe the heater core?

check the trunk - betcha the spare tire well is full of water and is spilling over to the interior. I had to replace my rubber check valves on my sunroof drains in the trunk and it fixed the problem water was making it to the passenger side floor wet both front and back when the spare tire well was full of water and spilling all over the place. ordered them at the dealer there were like 5 bucks a piece and easy to replace. was going to make my own with brass plumbers fitting but just bought these and figured I was good for another 14 years - lol. The rubber just gets hard and dried out and so doesn't drain like it is suppose to. the new ones were real soft and almost sucked themselves onto the quarter panel.
