hey i installed some hid and i was wondering do hid have high beam ?? or if there is ... how do i make em go on ?? well.. . here's what i think .. for the harness of h4 headlights i only plug the red and blue plug on to the harness ... but there is 2 skinny black wires also and i am wondering are those 2 plugs for ground .. or high beam ..
