hid help

try putting the ground wire on teh negative battery terminal, then test it, just to make sure. if it doesn't come on then.

not the ground just ran a wirer from the battery and nothing

I tested mine by putting the red wire of the bulb on the positive side of my battery and the black on the negative. If both bulb and ballasts are working, the bulb should light up
