high idle and running rich

Default high idle and running rich
ok figured someone here could help me figure this out. car just out of the blue started high idleing then started white smoking. got it home and cleaned the idle air control valve then when i crunk it up it started having idle jumps and is still white smoking. anyone got any idea's?

White smoke isn't a rich condition. Is it white smoke or steam?
