Please please help... I took out my 95 honda civic cluster and then took out the speedo as the tripmeter was stuck so I cleaned it and put it back but then the speedo won't work and the engine doesnt seem to be working fully! I turn it on and then it dies on me and I have been told everything is working correctly but the speedo might have circuit system. could there be such thing as a anti tampering system as behind the speedo gauge there is a large Chip looks like a super chip.
