Honda not starting? light bulb out? Cassette player is broken?
If the car sounds like it's turning normally when you try to start it, the battery and starter are fine.
If it's an early fuel injected model (1988 to 1995), the prime suspect for intermittent crank-but-no-start is the main relay. It probably just randonly decided to start when you jumped it, the extra power from the jump wasn't necessary.
What model year do you have? They all have a fuel filter, but that's probably not the problem.
Most people replace the complete radio assembly if there is trouble inside, there are shops that specialize in car radio repairs but unless it's something antique or collectible it won't be worth it.
