Default Horn and Alarm quit working

Recently, my horn quit working. I'm assuming that my problem is in the electricity going TO the horn mechanism, because- both my horn and alarm system do not trigger the horn.

This is an 07 Civic 4 door LX, stock. Any clues? Frayed wires perhaps? I've looked thru the manual and checked all the fuses I could find

***addendum*** when I purposely trigger my alarm, I can hear a relay or some device switching on & off persistently, until I deactivate the alarm. But no horn

Check the resistance of the horn. Disconnect it first. If the resistance is really like (like infinate) you need a new horn. If the resistance is not high then you need to diagnose further. First check if you have voltage and work your way back through the circuit.
