Alright guys,

I loaned my car to a friend while I was gone, her boyfriend was a drug addict and stole my car. I’ve got my 2008 Honda Civic EX back but they messed up the wiring in a lot of it. Including the horn, I barely touch the horn and it goes off, now I took the fuse out, which stopped it from going off, but now I can not put my car into gear. I’m attempting to find the horn wiring under the bumper but any help would be greatly appreciated!
