Default Horn not working

I have a 94 Civic 2dr EX. The horn has stopped working. I checked the fuse and it is fine. My Chilton's manual states to replace the horn if the fuse is OK. Unfortunately, it never tells you where the horn is. So...

Where is the horn on the Civic? And is it something I can get to? All I have is a jack with some jack stands.

behind the front bumper cover, normally on the passenger side, if you get down and look sideways thru the slits you should see a brassy looking disk. if you spot look to see if both wires are connected, you may have just jarred one loose washing the car or??????

If I have to replace it, how would I go about getting access to it? Is it accessible from underneath?

Please don't tell me I have to take the bumper off.

Really? OK, I didn't know that. I'll check my Chilton's manual for further details.
