I guess it is where I live cause here in TN you have a car with no power and your mpg sucks.I would hate to drive a HX up the hills I drive on everyday,you would have to keep 75% throttle just to go anywhere

 

Dont try this, is all it would do is not let it switch to the larger cam profile but all the new fuel maps and timing curves would kick in and you car would be running very rich. You would lose a ton of power and MPG from this

 

actually, it would just set off a CEL, and that would kill your mileage.
