on a 2013 Honda civic, we want to beef up the horn. I have a better one and want to get to the area between the radiator and grill. That is covered by a plastic shroud above and below. For the one at the top, I removed the push pins but it's still held in place but I can't see how. I think there's 2 screws, but I can't tell if that's what's holding it in place or what type of tool they need.

Sorry, I am a newbie. I am referring to the plastic at the lower part of this picture that has the cut out for the radiator cap and hood latch. I took out those 7? push pins.
