Default How to Lower a Window Regulator Stuck in the Up Position

I have a 1996 Honda Civic LX sedan. I need to replace the driver's side rear window motor and regulator. I can get the window off, but I have no idea how to manually lower the regulator so that I can get it out of the small opening in the door panel. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello Marjan984. No, I posted that thread a year ago, and I've had absolutely no response. I just finally gave up on trying to fix that window. I've got everything else fixed and working well, and love my little Honda, but I guess I'm going to have to forget this fix. If I do get any help or come across something that will help us, I will be sure to let you know. Take care, have a great holiday, and God bless!
