Default huh??

I have an idle issue, but I can't post it. I have it saved as a .txt file on my desktop in case HCF starts working again...

sometimes a jab at the gas pedal will solve it till the next stop, but not always (forgot to mention D16y7, manual) seems to do it when its warmed up but not when cold. cannot remove throttle senors for cleaing, they apear to be riveted on (??) not screwed/bolted on

Try (1) cleaning the IACV (see forum DIY), (2) bleeding the cooling system of possible trapped air, and (3) checking whether the throttle cable is adjusted too tight.

Throttle cable has abit of slack, so that should be ok. I'll check on bleeding the coolant and cleaning the IACV. Prob tonight/tomorrow - oddly enough the car acted totally normal today

At idle, RPMS hold at about 1100, and if given a shot of gas RPMS will drop to 500rpms or so, then climb back up to 1100. Is this due to air in the coolant system?
