I cant fix my pan gasket = leaking again

I just went through the exact same thing. Redid my oil pan gasket 4 times before I figured out I had a pin hole in my head gasket.
As said above, you really need to clean the whole engine. For me this meant gearing up it complete protection and spraying down the back side of the engine from underneath. Was a messy dirty time.

I went to a different parts store and bought another gasket. He sold me a Rock gasket for my D16Y7 and it came with two different size gaskets! One was thinner than the other, which matches the one from Auto Zone that was leaking). Anyone ever notice this? Why would there be two different sizes? I tried the thinner one this time. It appeared to seal better. Time will tell.
