I have a 90 si hatch with a crack in the top plastic tank. Ive fixed it for now with epoxy but know I will need a new rad. 1 quote from a local shop is $130, for the same plastic type rad. Is there a better rad you can recommend or should I just replace it with a stock one?

I got mine at Autozone. I think it cost me around $80 for my 98 EX 5-speed. I have not had a single problem with it. You may want to go with somethig a little beefier if your racing, but for a DD just a stock one will be fine.
