Idle and chokeing

What's up I got a 94 civic 1.5 single non vtech pretty much stock once the car is warm it tends to jump idle from 1000 to 3-400 also on take off it seems like it's chokeing after a few sec u feel the pwr back I really haven't done nothin inreguards to it by I can use some help
