Default Idle goes up and down Any suggestions?

As soon as the engine gets a little warm my idle goes up and down. I put on a brand new MAP Senor that didnt help. If I remove the connector to the MAP Sensor while its running the idle is fine(runs normal). If I put it back on the engine will still run fine, however when I restart the car the problem returns. Does any one have any suggestions? Thank You. P

The main reasons for that are that the IACV is dirty, or the cooling system is not completely full. Check in the radiator with the engine cold-- must be full to the top. (The reason why that matters is if it is not full, the ECT sensor will output varying readings as the coolant splashes around in the head. The ECU is programmed to vary the idle speed based on temperature read from the ECT.)
