Default idles at 1500 but goes up and down real quick?

i have a 95 civic with the d16z6, and i recently just put on a skunk2 intake manifold and a 70mm throttle body. looks good and all but now my car idles a little higher than normal and then it starts to pulse. does any body have any ideas i would greatly appreciate it. somebody suggested that it might be missing but im not for sure. please help thanks

Clean out the IACV and see if the problem goes away. My civic used to do that and I ran seafoam through the engine and the problem went away.
